Measure the wall the sofa will sit against and leave at least 30-45 cm of clear space on either side so the room does not feel cramped. Each product page lists overall width, depth and seat height so you can compare directly. If access through doorways, stairwells or lifts is tight, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether the model can be delivered or if a modular version is a better fit. Both are built to last when looked after. Full-grain and top-grain leather develops a patina over years of use and is easy to wipe clean, which suits households with pets or young kids. Performance fabrics such as boucle, chenille and woven polyester blends are softer underfoot and can be vacuumed and spot-cleaned; many of ours carry stain-resistant finishes. In coastal and humid Auckland conditions both materials are stable, but leather will need an occasional conditioner to prevent drying.

Yes. The best way is to view the sofas and finishes in person at our Rosedale showroom (9A Lovell Court, Auckland). Showroom visits are by appointment only - please email [email protected] or message us first to book a time so we can have your shortlist ready. We do not post fabric or leather samples; please come in person to compare finishes.

In-stock sofas ship within 3-7 working days. Pre-order and made-to-order sofas typically take 8-10 weeks after order confirmation, depending on shipping and customs clearance. Once your order reaches our distribution centre we will contact you to schedule a delivery time, and you will receive a confirmation SMS the day before delivery.

Delivery within Auckland is free on orders over $1,000; otherwise Auckland freight starts at $50 (1-2 days). For the rest of New Zealand, freight starts at $150 for Northland-Waikato, $200 for Bay of Plenty-Wellington, $250 for north of Christchurch and $300 for south of Christchurch (2-6 days).
