How long is the lead time for commercial orders?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 working days. Pre-order and custom items take 10–12 weeks after design approval, depending on shipping and customs clearance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, some deliveries are free for metro and ground-floor Auckland locations.
How can I pay for commercial orders?
We accept Direct Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and Afterpay. A 50% deposit is required for pre-orders. Once custom production begins, orders cannot be cancelled unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact us directly—we’re happy to help resolve any issues.
Are you negotiable on price?
In some cases, yes. Pricing flexibility depends on the item and quantity being purchased.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Absolutely. We offer tracked, insured delivery across New Zealand, including rural areas.
Can I come and view your stock?
Yes. Visit our warehouse and showroom at 9A Lovell Court, Rosedale, Auckland—open daily from 9am to 6pm.
Can I pick up my order?
In some cases, yes. It depends on your location and the items ordered. Some pickups require 24 hours to process—please email us at info@topfurniture.co.nz for confirmation and details.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Furniture items require a signature upon delivery. Couriers will contact you beforehand and will wait up to 15 minutes for you to inspect the items. If you notice any damage, please notify us within 24 hours. Items won’t be left unattended unless arranged in advance via your shipping instructions. Note: deliveries may arrive in separate shipments.
